Every portrait is made to order from your photo. Production takes 1 to 2 business days, delivery is shown with a concrete date above the button.

If something is wrong on our side, we replace your print free of charge. Just send us a photo of the problem.

How long does it take?
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 1 to 2 working days, then delivery on top. You will see the exact delivery date above the order button.
Will it fit a standard frame?
Prints are 12x18" or 16x24" (roughly 30 × 46 cm and 41 × 61 cm). These are inch sizes, not A-series, so if you plan to frame it yourself, check your frame — or choose the framed option and we take care of it.
What if I don’t like it?
You see the preview before you pay, so you never order blind. If we make a mistake in production, we replace it free of charge.
Which photo works best?
A bright photo where the face is clearly visible. No sunglasses, no harsh shadows. For your pet, a front-facing shot with no one else in the frame works best.
