Shipping policy

All our items are made to order just for you. Production takes 3–5 business days, after which your order ships with tracked delivery.

Estimated total delivery time: 10–14 days from order to your door (UK, US, EU, CA, AU). During peak season (November–December) please allow a few extra days.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@keeplypets.com and we will make it right.
